Indian Hills Edges Marshalltown

Ottumwa -- Two second-half goals, one by Janet Ochoa and the game-winner by Ashley Jordan, allowed Indian Hills to come from behind and defeat Marshalltown CC, 2-1, on Wednesday at Wertheim Field.

Marshalltown's Courtney Sullivan opened the scoring with a first-half goal.

Ochoa tallied in the 64th minute off a pass from Taylor Delaney. Jordan then knocked home the winning goal just over seven minutes later with Caitlan York assisting.

Stephanie Smiley had two saves as the IHCC goalkeeper.

The win was the second of the fall for the Warriors, now 2-4. They will play at Iowa Western on Saturday.
